1. Who we are

goadria.eu is operated, and all rentals are provided, by AdviseCo, s.r.o., Lovinského 22, 811 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 56504331, tax ID (DIČ) 2122334621, VAT ID SK2122334621, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 181590/B (referred to as Go Adria or we).

2. What we rent

Apartments in Mandre on the island of Pag (Croatia), cabins at Počúvadlo (Slovakia), boats in Marina Šimuni, and cars, a motorcycle and holiday equipment — jet ski, underwater scooter, golf carts, paddle boards, e-scooters and e-bikes.

Equipment is rented as an add-on to a main booking. Cars and the motorcycle can also be rented on their own — for cars, the seasonal rules below apply.

3. How a booking becomes a contract

A booking on the site is a request, not an instant purchase. Once you send it, we hold the dates for you and review the request.

The contract is concluded when we approve your request and email you the payment details. We may also decline a request — for example when the dates are no longer available or the rental conditions are not met; we will let you know either way.

Once the full amount arrives in our account, we confirm the booking by email. Only a confirmed booking is binding for both sides.

No account is needed — we keep you posted by email. With an account you additionally get all your bookings in one place.

4. Prices and payment

All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT — 5% for accommodation, 23% for vehicles, boats and equipment.

Payment is made in advance and by bank transfer only; there is no card gateway. The approval email contains the amount, our IBAN, the payment reference (variabilný symbol) and your booking reference — include them with the transfer so we can match your payment.

Invoices are issued by AdviseCo, s.r.o.

5. Security deposit

For boats, cars and the motorcycle you pay a refundable security deposit together with the rent — the amount is shown with each product.

We return the deposit by bank transfer after the item is returned. If there is damage or you exceed the daily kilometre limit, we deduct the corresponding amount and return the rest.

6. Cancelling a booking

To cancel a booking, email us at info@goadria.eu.

Cancel 7 or more calendar days before the start date and we refund 100% of everything you paid. Cancel later and the rent is not refunded; the security deposit is always returned, as it only covers damage. The cutoff is counted in calendar days, Bratislava time.

If we ever have to cancel your booking, we refund 100% of all payments.

Refunds go by bank transfer to the account you paid from, normally within 14 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

Distance contracts normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Accommodation, vehicle rental and leisure services booked for a specific date are exempt by law (Section 19(4) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection), so the 14-day right does not apply to bookings with us.

Our cancellation terms above apply instead — cancel 7 or more days ahead and you get everything back.

8. Stay rules — apartments and cabins

• Apartments on Pag are rented by whole weeks, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
• Cabins at Počúvadlo: whole weeks in June–August; over the winter holidays only the blocks 22–27 December and 27 December – 1 January; otherwise a minimum of 3 nights. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
• Adults plus children must not exceed the capacity listed with the property. You provide the ages of children and infants when booking.

9. Boat rules

• Each boat has a minimum rental length, shown with the boat. Boats are picked up and returned in Marina Šimuni.
• If you skipper the boat yourself, you need a valid skipper licence, a radio operator certificate and at least 2 years of experience. You upload scans of both documents (with the licence year of issue) when booking — we will not confirm the booking without them.
• If you do not hold a licence, you arrange your own qualified skipper. Go Adria provides no skipper and charges no skipper fee; the skipper qualification is your responsibility and is checked at handover.

10. Car and motorcycle rules

• Vehicles are picked up and returned in Bratislava. You need a valid driving licence of the appropriate category.
• Each vehicle has a daily kilometre limit and a per-kilometre over-limit fee — both are shown with the vehicle; any excess is settled from the deposit.
• From 1 July to 30 September cars cannot be booked standalone on the web — in summer they serve as an add-on to stays. Send us a request through the form and we will get back to you. The motorcycle is available standalone year-round.

11. Complaints

If something about the accommodation or a rented item is not right, tell us as soon as possible — ideally straight away at info@goadria.eu — so we can fix it during the rental.

We handle every complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and let you know the outcome by email.

12. Disputes

If you are not happy with how we handled a complaint, or believe we have infringed your rights, write to us first and ask for a remedy. If we refuse or do not reply within 30 days, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll.; the competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), www.soi.sk.

Contracts are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect any protections you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Final provisions

These terms apply from 12 June 2026. The current version is always on this page; a booking is governed by the version in force on the day you send the request.
